About this event
With ICSs taking up statutory footing in July, ICS leaders must now move from a period of system transformation to one of service transformation.
PPP’s ICS Roadshow offers a unique opportunity to engage with local health and care leaders, to identify challenges and opportunities of integrated care in specific localities. This series of practical, interactive forums will allow for debate on the key issues facing local system leaders.
Taking a localised approach to the ICS debate also presents opportunities for carers and clinicians on the ground to share their concerns about system pressures, creating compelling and insightful testimony on the reality of delivering integrated care.
London
Covering the health and care needs of London’s 11 million citizens are five integrated care systems.
London has long been characterised as a city with high levels of poverty and deprivation, often only around the corner from extreme wealth.
In many ways, the London ICS Roadshow will cover issues faced by all regions in the country. The event will bring together leaders from across London’s expansive ICS networks and identify the common challenges and opportunities they’re dealing with.
Who can attend
Audiences will consist of local ICS leaders and representatives from the NHS, social care, primary care and local government, as well as community workers and social prescribing specialists. Further, the ICS Roadshow will engage with patients and end-users to gather first-hand experience of receiving care within a system in dire need of reform.
This event is for members of the Health and Care industry in the public sector only.
