Chair Rt Hon Amber Rudd will be joined by H.E. The Hon. George Brandis QC, High Commissioner of Australia to the UK, Dr Alan Finkel, Special Advisor to the Australian Government on Low Emissions Technologies and Anthony Johnson, Partner, Ashurst LLP for this session.

We will explore Australia’s growth in low emissions technologies and how policy is pushing ambitions on this front further. Specifically, we will investigate the success stories of Australian policy, expanding this discussion to draw on participants’ contributions in tandem with learnings from Australia to develop practicable and actionable public policy to expand the scope for low emissions technologies on the road to COP26.
