Public Policy Projects is supporting the British Egyptian Business Association’s (BEBA) delegation to the UK ahead of COP27.
Public Policy Projects is delighted to announce that it will be organising a roundtable discussion on Egypt’s net zero future ahead of COP27 with Egyptian Minister of Finance H.E. Dr. Mohamed Maait and The Rt Hon The Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman Vincent Keaveny, on the 20th of May at the Mansion House.
This roundtable will support the British Egyptian Business Association’s (BEBA) delegation to the UK to promote COP27.
With Egypt hosting COP27 in November 2022, sustainability is high on the agenda for future-focused companies wanting to alter their businesses in the long term. As part of BEBA’s effort to support Egypt’s sustainable development, their seventh annual visit will focus on bridging gaps in finance and implementation across the net zero spectrum ahead of COP 27. This roundtable will be a chance to discuss opportunities and investments in Egypt in strategic sectors including Finance (Green Finance and bonds), Healthcare, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy (Green Hydrogen), and opportunities in the Suez Canal Economic Zone.
